Offshoring describes the relocation of business processes from one country to another. This includes any business process such as production, manufacturing, or services. After its accession to the WTO in 2001, China emerged as a prominent destination for production offshoring. • Realizing and recognizing Offshoring is not hunky-dory: Customer education and involvement in the entire process is the key and we encourage that
  • Focus on “small” size engagements: we believe in “optimizing” the team sizes for client delivery engagements. Team size of 10-25 FTEs is wherein, we are able to provide maximum value
  • Result oriented/skin in the game approach: Our philosophy        is to engage with clients in risk/reward kind of engagements with proper incentives and penalties built in contractually. Also, we encourage “outcome based pricing” or “transaction based pricing” in all viable projects.
  • Capabilities- People, Process, Domain understanding & Technology: We believe these are the key drivers for an engagement and client relationship success!
